I rented 2 units for close to 3 years. Excellent office and management staff. Excellent communication with management and office staff as well. establishment is very well maintained. No water or rodent damage to my belongings after nearly 3 years in storage, and the units I rented were outside. Thank you to the staff that was always available to accommodate me on 2 or 3 occasions when I needed access after hours. I also noticed frequent patrols by Edinburg PD. and University Police since the units are off the main strip in Edinburg.

Setting up autopay was easy and entry and exiting was also easy. There are cameras everywhere and the storage rooms were safely secured.
